The project included construction of two new outer roadways, each consisting of three 12 foot lanes and a 12 foot right shoulder from Mile 62.0 to Mile 63.4 on the New Jersey Turnpike. The work also included the construction of three local roads, replacement of two overhead bridges, expansion of a bridge over Assunpink Creek and one new U-Turn bridge. The construction also included retaining walls, sign structures, drainage and storm water management facilities, installation of ITS system, signing, striping, and paving.
