The project involved the construction of a 20' wide by 880' long walkway. The walkway surface consisted of pre-cast concrete planks and pre-cast concrete pile caps founded on concrete filled steel pipe piles. The project also included landscaping work, ornamental lighting, and handrail. In addition, an 8' wide x 160' long timber fishing pier was constructed; comprised of timber planking and beams supported on pre-cast concrete pile caps resting on concrete filled steel pipe piles.
